The chairs are made of Ash wood. This project was a collaboration with Furgus Parsons, who made the table. The design details, finish and colouring were all coordinated, and the table and chairs were delivered together.
The continuous arm style of Windsor chair is extremely popular in the US, but for some reason is not generally available in the UK. Its clean lines make it suitable for modern or traditional interiors, and it can be made in a variety of woods and finishes. Bespoke chairs of this general design can be made with different turnings, and a matching style of dining chair is also available.
